Alongside its ESD protection, Electra brings everything a clinical surface needs. Its bi-directional elasticity follows the body and the furniture for comfortable, complex shapes, while a heat-weldable thermoplastic coating gives clean, durable seams with fewer points of failure. The antimicrobial, easy-clean surface resists staining from bodily fluids, and Electra is biocompatible — non-irritating and non-cytotoxic to ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10.
